Compassion first
We strive to treat every child and family with patience, warmth, and respect.
We’re here to make the journey of raising healthy children feel a little less overwhelming—and a lot more supported.

At ADM Parham Pediatrics, board-certified pediatrician Usama Samaan, MBBCH, MD, FAAP, and the care team focus on the health and well-being of children and adolescents. We welcome families navigating the exciting, sometimes uncertain stages of growing up.
Our approach combines preventive care, individualized support, and open communication. We want parents to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the care decisions they make alongside their child’s provider.

At ADM Parham Pediatrics, board-certified pediatrician Usama Samaan, MBBCH, MD, FAAP, and his team promote patients’ healthy futures by offering comprehensive pediatric care. The providers at our pediatric clinic in Henrico, Virginia, put children’s and adolescents’ healing needs first.
Dr. Samaan graduated medical school from the University of Alexandria in Alexandria, Egypt, and went on to complete his residency at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He worked for several years with general pediatrics and urgent care practices and was excited to open his own private practice in 2022.
ADM Parham Pediatrics welcomes newborns, toddlers, school-age children, and teens for sick and well-child visits and sports physicals. Illness and injury don’t always happen on a 9-to-5 schedule, so the providers also offer after-hours care.
Children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) receive compassionate and individualized support. Preventive care also includes vaccines and education on the best ways to care for young bodies so children and teens can experience a high quality of life.
We strive to treat every child and family with patience, warmth, and respect.
From newborn care to adolescent health, we support each stage of childhood.
Clear communication helps families understand options and feel heard.
